Today we had spd bp, started w/ rev hypers ss. w/ rope abs and glute/hams ss. w/ landmines, bp-165lbs, 9×3, 3-diff grips, 3-brd press 255lbs 7×3, done raw, ball press and seated mach press 3×8 ea., standing press 185lbs 6×3,db c&p, db frt raises, mach press, seated db lat. raises, 3×8 ea., skull crushers w/ red bnd 3×7, glose grip press 115lbs 3×7 and rope push dwns 3×7, finished w/ rev hypers, rope abs, bx jumps, rk bnd jumps, med ball toss and sled pulls. Training went quick today due to states this wkd at Penn State U. I feel I can place in the top 5 but I also think I can win this as long as I stay focused.DL’s next, see you in the WR.
