		<description><![CDATA[A true athelete is the one the one out of breath, dripping with sweat, absoutely dead on his/her feet, agonizing over the next rep, lap, or game, with absoluely no one watching. I couldn&#039;t agree with you more Bjorn. Being a college student in a gym full of posers and people just there to socialize i see it every day. I cant remember the last time I had a training partner. The sport of bodybulding is an individual one, thats the whole point of it, self improvement. It has nothing to do with anyone else, just pushing yourself to get better everytime you step foot in the gym. Keep at it man still watch your unbreakable deadlift commercial for inspiration sometimes. No excuses, whiners, posers, or half ass efforts allowed... be unbreakable.]]></description>
