Today we had spd bp, started w/ rev hypers ss. w/ rope abs and glute/hams ss. w/ landmines,spd bp, ant 285lbs and anna 85lbs plus 2-lge and 1- med chain on ea. side,9×2, single blk bnd bp, anna 155lbs and ant 355lbs,7×1, flr and ball press 3×8, standing shoulder press,5×2, anna 205lbs and ant 350lbs,mach press, db c&p, seated db lat. raises,db frt raises, 3×8 ea., close grip press w/ 1-lge chain and 1-sm, 3×7, db lying ext. 3×7 and push dwns,3×7, finished w/ rev hypers, rope abs, bx jumps, rk bnd jumps and sled pulls.
